Returns Policy
Right to Cancel
Cancellation Period
You have the right to cancel your contract with us within 14 days without providing any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last of the Goods.
How to Cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, please inform us of your decision through one of the following methods:

You can use our model cancellation form, available on our website, or any other clear statement of your decision to cancel. We will acknowledge your cancellation request promptly.
Online Cancellation
You can also cancel your order by filling out our online cancellation form at www.encirco.com. Once submitted, we will send you an email confirmation of your cancellation.
Exceptions to the Right to Cancel
Cancellation rights do not apply to contracts involving the following:
- Personalised Goods: Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
- Perishable Goods: Items liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Goods Mixed Inseparably: Items that are mixed inseparably with other products after delivery.
Effects of Cancellation
Refunds
If you cancel your contract within the 14-day cancellation period, we will reimburse you for all payments received, including the cost of delivery (excluding additional costs arising if you choose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
- Deductions: We may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund if the returned goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Timing of Refunds
- If we have not offered to collect the Goods, we will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned Goods or evidence that they have been sent back.
- If we have offered to collect the Goods or no Goods were supplied, we will issue the refund no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice.
Method of Refund
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you have agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

How to Return
If you have received Goods related to your contract cancellation, you must return them to us at the following address:

You must send back the Goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your cancellation. The deadline is met if you return the Goods before the 14-day period expires.
Return Costs
You are responsible for the cost of returning the Goods unless otherwise agreed. If we offer to collect the Goods, we will inform you of the collection process and any associated costs.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Reporting Issues
If you receive Goods that are damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@encirco.com or call us at 0113 521 1025. We will provide instructions on how to return the defective items.
Replacements and Refunds
We will offer a replacement or refund for defective Goods at no additional cost to you. Refunds for defective Goods will include the cost of delivery and return.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
